How do I get Started?
The free Discovery Call is the first step to discuss what you are looking to do in your home and see if it is a type of project in which we can help. We’ll also explain our process and can schedule your design consultation to further discuss the project and our design packages.
What happens at Design Consultation?
We meet in your home for up to 90 min. We’ll tour your home to discuss needs and ideas for each room, as needed. We’ll review the Client Questionnaire to determine design goals for your home, identify overall style, and color scheme. We’ll also help define the investment amount for the project. Finally, we’ll review our Design Process and make recommendations for Design Services.
How do I know what package is right for me?
During free Discovery Call, we’ll talk about your project and give you some guidance on which package will be the best fit. After visiting your home and determining the scope of work, we’ll bundle services to give you the most value.
Do you offer other services?
The Design Packages are the most complete way to deliver a project to our clients but no project is alike. We can add-on services to any package and address any area of your home. Some of these services are custom window treatments, wallpaper, millwork design, built-in and closets.
What is the difference between the Renovation Design Plan and the Deluxe Renovation Design packages?
The Renovation Design Plan is the starting point of a remodel project to explore possibilities in design and budget without investing too much time and money if deciding to wait or not do the project. The Deluxe Renovation Design package is to take the concept into full, detailed plans that can be followed by contractors and all the selections of products that bring the design together. It is an easy hand-off to Contractor and peace of mind that you have all decisions taken care of before construction begins.
Do you work with my contractor?
Yes, we offer construction support services to be your advocate on-site and ensure your design is executed as planned . We’ll prepare a package for this service based on your needs. We also have trade partners we can recommend for your project.
Do you work with new construction, builders and architects?
YES! We love to help our clients from the planning stage through completion. We can bring our expertise to the team and evaluate plans to ensure all the details are being addressed before costly change orders in the middle of the project. We’ll select all the materials so you can get accurate quotes from contractors.
We also help clients with material selections for community developers and builders during the pre-construction phase.
What areas do you service?
We service clients in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties. We have our design meetings at our showroom in Plantation, FL.
